2007 Crush is Fast Approaching

We're gearing up for our 2nd crush here on Pecos. We've been emptying barrels and tanks, blending and bottling to prepare for the new arrival of grapes. I thought it would be fun to track one of our wines this year from start to finish with video and pictures posted here on the Denver Wine Blog. I'll include crushing, fermenting, pressing, racking, blending, bottling and anything I erroneously left out. Oh, and tasting of course. Although, I am leaving it up to you to decide which wine I will follow. So I've posted a little poll for the voters to decide. Depending on harvest dates the ballot will close on Aug 31st. Also, I've posted the answers chronologically to harvesting. For example: Chardonnay will come first in September and Syrah last in October.
