SPRING BARREL TASTING PARTY
The Bonacquisti Wine Company is pleased to announce our 2008 Spring Barrel Tasting Party on Saturday, April 26th at 6:00 pm. We have teamed up with Chef Colin from the Three Sons Italian Restaurant, known for traditional cooking and unforgettable Italian cuisine. The menu will feature a six-course meal paired with seven of our wines, which will include presentations of the pairings by the winemaker and chef. In addition, it will be the first time to taste our new Summer releases of Bella Risa and Moscato Riserva straight from the tank, and the first chance to catch a glimpse of our 2007 Vinny No Neck, 2007 Colorado Syrah and 2007 Zinfandel as we will be pulling these directly from the barrel! The evening will be complete with entertainment provided by the contemporary jazz of Johnny and Anya.
The price is $58 per person, which includes tax, tip and a commemorative wine glass. Payment required upon reservation. Space is limited so make sure to book early as we are expecting this event to fill up quickly.

Wine & Chocolate Weekend
We are having our 2nd Annual Wine & Chocolate Weekend with Chef William Poole from Wen Chocolates. We'll be featuring the small batch artisan chocolate of Wen Chocolates paired with awarding wining Bonacquisti wines from Noon to 5pm on Saturday February 9 and Sunday February 10. We teamed up with Chef Wil last year and everyone was blown away. One of our favorite pairings was his Savannah Truffle with Vinny No Neck. Chef will be at the winery from 1pm-4pm on Saturday the 9th.
